Mr. Hemdev moved to Adelaide from Dubai on 5th March 2002 as a business migrant. He is indeed ever grateful to the South Australian Government for the help he received in assimilating with the Australian way of life.
 
After having financed the development of 4 projects in Metropolitan Adelaide, 2 projects in Mawson Lakes - Hemdev Terraces (6 Townhouses on 227-231 Mawson Lakes Boulevard) and Hemdev Gardens (10 Townhouses on 21 Peppercorn Circuit), 1 project in Northgate on Charlick Square, the Hemdev Group completed H emdev Court (4 Townhouses on Regency Road, Prospect).

The Hemdev Group very successfully developed Hemdev Homes (6 single storey detached houses on 99-101 George Street, Thebarton & 8 single storey houses at 180 Salisbury Hwy, Salisbury - open for inspection by appointment) and has now taken on the responsibility of developing Hemdev Homes at 833 Lower North East Road, Dernancourt (Project to be completed by November 2007) and at 425 Grange Road, Seaton (construction commencing soon).
